Bob on fundraising for humanitarian crisis in India

Bob asked the Minister for Asia, Nigel Adams, what advice is being given to those religious organisations who are raising money to make sure the money gets to the right place to alleviate the suffering in India.

At a time of humanitarian crisis, the people of Britain are incredibly generous. Members of the Indian diaspora, in particular, are conducting fundraising events via temples and other religious places across the country this weekend, including the world-famous Neasden temple, where people are doing a sponsored static bike ride of 7,600 km—the distance between London and New Delhi.
