Bob asks for debate on the abolition of hospital car parking charges

During the Commons Leaders Questions, Bob asked for a debate on the abolition of car parking charges that was promised in the Conservative Party election manifesto. It came as a great shock to Bob that Northwick Park Hospital and their car parking operators, ACPOA, wanted to implement dramatic increases in staff car parking charges without consultation or notice on the 1st February. However, these proposed changes have now been put on hold.
