Bob visits Firm Foundation's night shelter

Bob had the pleasure of visiting Firm Foundation's night shelter to meet some of the people who are forced to sleep rough and to thank the volunteers who give their time to provide those in need with a hot meal and safe bed for the night.

Bob attends launch of the new branch of ICICI bank in Harrow

Bob was delighted to attend the launch of a new branch of the ICICI bank in Harrow High Street, alongside the ICICI's Managing Director and CEO, the Mayor of Harrow and Lord Loomba.

This new branch will help to provide the local community with vital banking and financial services. 

Bob observes Azerbaijan's Parliamentary elections

Bob travelled to Azerbaijan to observe the country's Parliamentary elections, where he oversaw the activities in polling stations. He also attended a British delegation press conference in Baku, with Jonathan Fryer and Lord David Evans of Watford.

Bob attends Indian Republic Day celebrations at the Zoroastrian Centre

Bob was invited to the Indian Republic Day celebrations at the Zoroastrian Centre arranged by Inspiring Indian Women, he was delighted to receive a standing ovation for receiving the Padma Shri. Bob thoroughly enjoyed the event and would like to thank the community for their ongoing support.

Bob Blackman awarded the Padma Shri

Bob is honoured, humbled and delighted to have been awarded the Padma Shri by the President of India during the celebrations for Indian Republic Day 2020. The Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian award in India. 

Bob visits Wilsmere House Care Home

Bob had a wonderful day visiting Wilsmere House Care Home in Harrow during their open day. It was a pleasure for him to meet some of the residents and the hard working staff.
