Bob joined around 100 volunteers at Stanmore and Canons Park Synagogue to help count 200,000 buttons for B's Buttons.
This campaign began after a pupil in Windermere, Cumbria, who was learning about the Holocaust, was asked to come up with a meaningful way of understanding the scale of mass-murder that took place during the Second World War. It's hoped that once 1.5 million buttons are collected, they will be transformed into a permanent Holocaust memorial.
