Bob was really pleased to attend Sanatan Mandir Wembley for the Bhagvat Katha organised by Guruji with Councillors Anjana Patel and Ramji Chauhan. He always finds it a pleasure to visit a temple that he helped found when he was leader of Brent Council.

Bob Blackman helps remove illegal occupiers at Stanmore Marsh

The Travellers who were at Stanmore Marsh had left the area on the night of Thursday 4th July and moved to Canons Park. Harrow Council have since obtained the legal right to evict them.

The opening of The Seven Pub with Bob Blackman

After a year-long closure, The Seven pub (formerly The Seven Balls) has reopened thanks to a refurbishment funded by Heineken. Now this lovely traditional pub is back in use and Bob was happy to be there to open it with his wife and to be the one pouring the first pint of the evening.
